Revenue for the three months ended September 30, 2019 was $104.3 million, compared with revenue of $112.8 million for the three months ended September 30, 2018.

Operating loss for the three months ended September 30, 2019 was $7.8 million, compared with operating income of $0.9 million for the three months ended September 30, 2018.

Net loss for the three months ended September 30, 2019 was $7.6 million, compared with net income of $1.7 million for the three months ended September 30, 2018.

I think there would be many possible buyers. Pheonix U is one. Also maybe other colleges that want to own the curriiculum. That is where the value is at with a college like this.

I guess they are cutting cost by laying off employees, in some cases entire departments.
I feel bad for the people that moved to AZ thinking they had a future there.

Wow. There were literally no questions after the Earnings Call. AC did reiterate that there would be more news about the "conversion" of Ashford by the end of the year.

Zovio plans to cut costs $50-65 million in 2020. As far as the "conversion," who would buy Ashford University, and at what price?
