Eddie Lampert is still connected to Old Sears financially and legally. Otherwise, Stanley, Black and Decker, Sears Hometown and Outlet investors, and Sears Holdings would not have sued him.
Don't be shocked if Sears Holdings vendors sue Lampert.
Lampert was in the driver's seat that led to Sears Holdings to crash. He's got another vehicle, Transformco, that he will also drive into the ground.
Amazon's Jeff Bezos could do a better job than Lampert.
Good article, explains the asset stripping and debt dumping Eddie did when he torpedoed Sears holdings. Interesting how he’s walked away scott free with Any remaining value in SHC and Insnare it in a hairball of debt, litigation and empty non sellable real estate
@11LkJWc0-1kvh obviously you don’t realize old Sears is new Sears. Same company just a different parent name. Same man in charge, an id–t that drove us in the ground and stripped us of all our assets!
This is Old Sears, not New Sears. I could care less.
