A handful of layoffs in HR. No management... of course. I thought private equity was supposed to be ruthless; it doesn't seem much has changed since the acquisition. Still the same leadership mentality... belly up to the BAR, guys.

Big NO to the unionize comment.
Also quite racist/s-xist of a comment.
They're even laying off Xerox machines now!!!!
I worked with HR people their for years, they should’ve started with this group. I had to assist them in regard to several investigations and firstly these people mostly weren’t qualified to investigate or analyze anything and wanted to take the easy road at every opportunity. People’s jobs were in their hands and they were pretty careless and if my teammates and I didn’t stop them they would speculate to the point where people would lose jobs. Maybe I’m an a–hole for saying this but I don’t feel bad in this case.
If you’re not a middle-aged white male in a manager role you will all be gone soon.
Why do you still work here?
Y’all should unionize.
