Not that anyone uses SYW Max anyways. Should have gotten rid of the program all together. It’s apparently being replaced with a new program.

What does SYW Max do anyway? I was supposedly enrolled but didn't really make a difference.
just wait until you have to suggestively sell the new sears plus. It will be so easy to get customers to pay $99 for a year membership when there's no promise that the store will even be open for a whole year. I'm sure management will be constantly badgered to get members
Wow. Just read the BI article and that is one of the stupider ideas I've ever seen. There are no Sears or Kmarts near me, so why would I even consider this? Amazon has a superior online experience, so why would anyone opt for this instead of Amazon Prime?
If more than a thousand people nationwide buy this, I'll be surprised.

I work for Sears and I have never ever had anyone even mention SYW Max.
If Eddie was smart, which he isn't, he would concentrate on prior matters such as revamping the third-rate delivery service of large appliances to members. You need to read Sears, aka, Transformco's Facebook and Twitter pages. Complaint after complaint of broken appliances and shoddy technicians.
Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos could operate Sears better than Eddie. Too bad Bezos couldn't have bought the company. We wouldn't be sitting here talking about numerous store closures and laid off workers.
I’m hearing the new program will be called Sears Plus.
