Why are these two guys from the same company still on the TDC Board? For those of us who want the price to go up, we should have diverse, smart, younger people on the board who are still working and understanding the business/market and who can provide leadership in terms of holding our management team accountable and ensuring we have the right management team.
The purpose of the board is not to pay for Dave and Bill's second or third homes and lifestyle. Hopefully, the other board members can make up for these weak links. Again, it does not look like it as the stock is at 29 plus today down from 49 on 3/1/19.
Interesting to see that both Dave and Bill are on the board of the all important Michigan Baseball Foundation. At this point in their careers, they might be able to add some value to the Baseball Board. At least, you can't measure their lack of success on that board via a shrinking stock price.
