Just curious when everyones last day is?? Mine was set to be Nov 3 but I found a new job and left early....I applied for the new position before I left but never heard anything :-/

I have a family....we needed the stability of having a job with benefits...that was worth more than the severance IMO
Read your packet again. OP WILL lose retention bonus, but will NOT LOSE severance. If the right job was offered to me I would have done the same thing.
Why???your losing your retention and severance .
