Maybe there’s a reason why dan Harrington didn’t want the top CEO spot

I am starting to think I now know why dan H turned down the top spot to be CEO

He should be part of the 25% being let go tomorrow.

Dan has been here what, 35 years? How many employees have stuck around to work with him? Ummm.... none. He doesn't have a single direct report for more than three years. He is the perfect lump, just sits there collects 3x his worth and does absolutely nothing. His boy wonder is a failed salesforce SE, thats all you need to remember

Dan is not qualified ... no resistance on his part to the madness of VL and OR. He is not a leader ...more of an a** kisser. All of them collectively destroyed Teradata. The problem is not Dayton - the problem was poor leadership and no vision.

The results stink so the decisions he is driving at corporate level are not good. Numbers including shrinking revenues don’t lie.
