I threw away the 4 way test 5 years ago my only regret is I didn't save it to burn
My opinion all Walgreens need to be unionized. I have never been in favor of unions however it's time the working class band together across state lines and demand changes. Explain to me how any one exec is worth millions of dollars a year when they don't have a clue as to what's going on at store level.
Walgreens is as bad as CVS now. Its horrible at both places. Execs don't care. They think people are their play toys and when they are tired of you they throw you away!! No payroll. No bonus. No respect. No appreciation. Never a thank you. Just do more with less. Do it for the company. Blah blah blah.

Everyone saw this coming. No surprise. The upper management gets the bonus but not in the field? Fair, of course not, but that is the new face of Walgreens. If it sounds good to Cramer and the financial world , let the little people suffer. They are stripping away every benefit they can that used to make this company a great one to work for. They try to dance a good dance, but they people in the middle of the war know. They are trying to force this Frontier way of managing down the gullets of the managers and it doesn't work. Ask any one who is management. It is a farce. Just like their inclusionary culture. Where is the 4 way test? Forgotten, because it doesn't fit the new upper management culture. Sad to see a great company go down the tubes.

I would contact the RWDSU union in Maplewood, NJ. They represent retail workers among others. If they are not the union representing that Walgreens, perhaps they can steer you in the right direction.

How would I find out what union is in the Clark New Jersey store ? I would like to see if I can get transferred there but having no help at all finding this info . Can someone please help me ?
