Except, that per the schedule posted the date for declaring a surplus is today and the notifications would come this Friday for that surplus.

Any news of a layoff will usually come the day after payday for hourly employees which means next Thursday for sure.

I'm thinking bankruptcy and restructuring is the next shoe to drop.
