MM you should really be proud of yourself along with your CFO & your acting CFO in Plano. You talk about family & loyalty but it's all a joke. I hope all of you sleep well with the recent decisions you have made letting so many good people go & then doubling up thee work on the remaining people.
ADS used to be a place people were proud to work for but I don't think so much anymore.
MM you come to Plano & it was a required meeting , talking about the future of ADS I bet you didn't know or didn't care that so many of those people stuck in that meeting were being let go.
Shame on all of you & your poor decisions.

Welp Second round of layoffs of 80 just hspened December 9th. I got a meeting invite 15 minutes before it was to occur. Same old story, a man greeted me with the ADS sob story and a Blue folder.

Merry Christmas
Union! Seriously, they fear it and train their leaders on ways to block it. Now is the time
Nope the only jobs they are posting for is overseas ! Alliance data is pretty much done ! Not good citizens of this planet anymore. They are a dollar sign they have no souls anymore. I hope they go bankrupt
Melissa Miller you need to go ! To jail
Weeding the bottom out didn’t happen — a good number of exceptional people are now gone and their absence is very keenly felt by those who remain. Some of the best and brightest were ushered out instead of being allowed to leave with dignity. This whole situation could have been better handled in any number of ways, and avoided entirely with better business decisions.
Melissa miller, just a couple of questions for you. So at this point do you plan on sending all of our jobs over seas ? Are you guys done with the layoffs a lot of people are waiting for answers and it’s so hard to stay focused and then have that thought of if your going to have a job from one day to the next. We are all scared and no one is telling us anything. I understand that there were changes that needed to be made but the way it was handled was very poor and unexpected and it makes no sense to the people that got let go and the people that are still employed. We are all at a loss for words. We all work very hard to do what needs to be done but if the company’s worth billions of dollars you think things would be handled betters we do everything you guys ask and you all leave us in the dark I guess it’s cause we are a dime a dozen and just a number to you. You think a good strategy is to send jobs over sees cause you don’t have to pay them and the customers hate it that you will get revenue. Your sadly mistaken. Please help us all understand.
Melisa,
I understand that sometimes hard decisions need to be made and at times companies have to downsize. The way people are saying this all went down is very concerning are we going to see other co-workers, supervision ushers out as if they have done something wrong. I feel the way it was handled lacked any compassion for those employees and a part of the Alliance Data Family.
Bottom line this could happen to any of us or our supervisors or co-workers. And I very much hope this is not to offshore our costumer's sensitive data oversees. If it is I fear that the company will do very poorly in the future and there will be many more layoffs.
