Thread regarding Alliance Data Systems Corp. layoffs

Nope didn’t break me either got a new job am happy now ! They want to make you feel like you were a bottom feeder and you were not. Karma is a b&&$& and MM will get hers one day except she won’t care she is already under scrutiny for taking her stock out ! She has millions ! All the new hires will work for a few months they will be gone ! Loyalty ! What a joke this was their 20 20 vision for us ! I am only sad I didn’t leave before now ! But I was loyal ! Unlike them they don’t care I hope they go bankrupt!

ugh I am just so disgusted by this whole unfortunate event. It makes my stomach turn. Keep on keeping on. If your over 55 and lost your job sue them . They want people close to retirement age to start all over again after years with this company. They have no morals. Word is out on the street. All the other company’s know about this Christmas Catastrophe. They did it before November so it would look so bad. It’s so shameful I wouldn’t ever tell anybody I worked here as I am embarrassed to say I ever worked for this bottom feeding company who preys on people.

Same here. I didnt see it coming but did not cry. Walked out with a smile and said thank god.

Best of luck to you, but I think you're missing the big picture. NO corporation will value you as a person, learn your lesson from this experience that we are all cogs in a machine. If you go somewhere else and convince yourself they value you, you'll be caught off guard the same way if they did this at your new place. Realizing that job security is a myth and that profits will always trump you and your family , you'll better be able to navigate. Best of luck to you.
