Cheaters should be fired not celebrated. Managers not doing their jobs if that is happening. Speak to your Manager and if they don’t address take it higher
You’ll make more money they said. What quota relief? Staples has created a culture where KPI Cheaters are celebrated as winners. This in turn, forces Itams to be nothing more than annoying telemarketers to the huge majority of our customers. Quit trying to fix what’s not broken and bring back the joy of coming to work every day.
Inside teams are a trainwreck. Quota relief helped but came a quarter too late. Management is very callous and not particularly competent. VP is incredibly arrogant and seems to play politics instead of meritocracy when it comes to job security.
The onside teams are a zoo. Total chaos. Its like im back in high school with a substitute teacher everyday.
Role. do what they say. Quota unattainable. Pay minimum wage. Manager unqualified. Dir same as manager. VP no clue have never seen them. Looking for new job.

Good thread, for as long as everybody follows the rules. I'm really interested to see what people say and I'd hate to see it deleted for some stupid thing like naming names.
