Westerville -
Easton -
Broad St -
M—ord -
Rio Rancho - 2 DMs, 2 sups, 2 trainers and 5 leads
Lenexa -

4VP's,
That's 30 of the 300 let go. 2500 total ish

Did they cut any phone reps?

Be nice to your coworkers! For those of you who try to bring down others to get a head, it won't matter when they let you go, but you won't be able to change the things you said/did! Let's all enjoy the remainder of our time here, it's been a decent ride.

Good luck everyone!!

Collections staff is down 40-50% in 2019. Increased automation options and overseas outsourcing is making it difficult to impossible for American staff to meet performance expectations which remain unchanged. Collectors are being fired rather than layoff with severance pay. This is inhumane treatment of our trusting and loyal employees. High performing staff are looking at other employment options as well. Morale is way down.

About 5 years ago the company took the focus off its employees and placed it on the bottom line. That’s also when the stock started plummeting and turnover increased. If you take care of your employees the bottom line takes care of itself. Associates are now just a number and exposable. The Christmas bonus has decreased every year and is taxed to death so you barely get anything now.The bonuses were great those have been cut by 75 percent and they wonder why the company stock is going in the toilet.

Dishonest and self serving "leaders". No integrity or moral values.

244 total have been let go to date. The remaining are people who have critical roles that have to be transitioned and they took a deal to work that out.

The list is mostly leaders of some kind, what I would guess to be disproportionately expensive employees, & auxiliary associates.
