I don’t know of a single upper management person who was laid off. Layoffs were from every area of the business. Care center, marketing, analytics, security, client Partnerships and more.

Lots of upper management included today, more exempt than non-exempt
There was people in upper management that were cut, I know two exact examples but this site does not allow for names to be posted so I am not gonna do it. Ask around.
Folks across all levels were laid off. There are at least 10 people I know of that were NOT management. Security guard, analysts, coordinators, advisers, building services.
