It takes two to tango. Anything is possible in exchange for a platinum parachute.
I haven’t heard or seen such an untransparent behavior from a firm (Broadcom) during a corporate takeover. So we’re too broke to pay our employees a decent severance, but platinum parachute for the executive’s? Honestly, who wants to work for them? The best are gone or planning to leave anyways...
