I was not an employee, it was my wife. She was let go 2 weeks ago after NEVER getting a review nor raise in the years that she served as an unappreciated yet glorified gofer! 2 weeks later, her position has been posted as a new position. So many there speaks so highly of her but the higher ups felt the need to let her go. Now, we are in a tough place but we WILL rise from this. I told her, she should apply for the position that's been posted just because!

About 5 years ago the company took their focus off their employees and put in on the bottom line. That’s also when company stock started plummeting and turnover increased. Take care of your employees and the bottom line will take care of itself. The bonuses and Christmas bonuses used to be great. Both of those have been cut by 75 percent and they wonder why the company is going in the toilet.Employees are no longer a family but are just a number.
