They screwed this company so bad this past year, don't expect jack from them this holiday season.

Disappointing. CEO gets bonus too, to those of you being critical of those discouraged by not getting the bonus this year.
The CEO most certainly should not get a bonus (hundreds of thousands or millions) if $400 can't be spared for lowest level staff.

Some people lost their job so do I expect to receive extra money for the CEO discretionary bonus? No. I'm grateful to still have a job while some of my closest friends are not so fortunate. Sorry you won't be getting free money and only getting paid what you actually work for instead. You must be so devastated...
The CEO bonus was always "discretionary." Anyone who counted on it as "owed" was naive at best. Those folks will be sorely disappointed this year, and likely going forward. Those bonuses are a thing of the past now.

Well Ed was the one who started the bonuses several years back, and he jumped ship earlier this year. So probably no one was going to get one anyway.

Uh I think at this point we just want to keep our jobs for this holiday.
