300 people were just laid off today. This looks strategic, 1 day before the Q3 earnings call. The company is not doing well. All levels of leadership and some non-exempt positions were affected. Field Engagement, Client Partnerships, Customer Care, Collections, Delivery Operations, Recruiting, Training, Supervisors, Department Managers, Directors, Compliance, Legal, Global Support, Workforce Mngmnt, Marketing, Human Resources, 4 VPs, all intern positions, and other departments were impacted. Once they announced the new offshoring, I knew this would happen. I was betting on next year but I guess things are worse then we all thought.
