I worked for them for about a year when they we located on 112th in northglenn. They were a terrible company to work for. Micromanagement is the name of their process. Metrics are well beyond most employees abilities, and a very stressful environment to work. I can see why they closed this site after they moved from Ohio.
Seems like a disproportionate amount of people let go in Westminster compared to its size. All training classes in Westminster were cancelled for the rest of 2019 and no training classes are scheduled for the first half of 2020. With the collections building closing and due to natural attrition, this site will be closed forever by the end of 2020. It does not make sense to keep Westminster open.
haha good. lots of those leaders were sh–ty. working off the backs of the good lower folks on the phone who are probably next. beware the call center....
