All his brands? What Brands.... he is going to try and build the name on hometown.However the sears brand is dead. It will never be revived.
Sears Commercial basically printed money with nearly 40% of the business in America when Eddie took over. Still was the largest by far and a massive profit center when he took over as CEO, and was even a big money maker at the time of the bankruptcy and he destroyed it in no time flat. You can't make up this kind of incompetency.
Glad they put alot of thought into a document filed with the government. Their offices are at 3333 Beverly not 333 Beverly, I guess having someone proofread is too much cash expended...

Now there is no need for sears stores. With hometown they are franchises and that means Eddie doesn’t have to pay for any employees or rent or any overhead. Why would he keep sears stores when hometown will sell all his brands and he doesn’t have to pay anything.
