Did anyone else find the total rewards survey to be demeaning? Basically saying we’re going to take benefits away from you and then when you don’t like it they get to say “you made the choice not us”. Blame it all on the survey. Company is going to ****. If you disagree, please tell me why this place is a better place to work than the next company down the road?

Diversity? There are some minorities and women who have been promoted based on diversity/gender alone and they are id–ts that lack talent vision and leadership skills. Promoting because people check boxes is ruining this company.

He is taking his extortionate, exorbitant salary and stock while treating the Marathon rank and file like office equipment that is to be used then tossed. Why is he still around?

Marathon gives from one hand and takes from the other. A very petty company. Be very wary.
Lee needs to be stripped of salary and stock options.
