Will there be more layoffs or are we done? Does anybody have any info on it?

Deb is retiring in the next year.
They are done with this wave, I’ve heard rumors of both the second week of December and post “peak” waves but who knows.
If you are Client Services, Deb Decker and Melissa have done layoffs every year or almost every year. The poor field team has been the target multiple times. Deb lays offs then she overhires, then she layoffs again. Doesn't look like HR has any governance. Amazing how the Alliance Board can let Deb continue. The culture is toxic. Someone best described it as a "Cult" They preach family, but don't hesitate to lay people off. Especially right before the Holiday.
