ADS October 2019 Scope:

12% of all exempt and/or nonexempt leadership positions (300 out of 2500) were eliminated today with a few dozen more scheduled in Q1 of 2020.

ADS has been declining for several years now.

Their org structure has been top heavy for awhile and their systems and servers are extremely archaic and inefficient.

It was only a matter of time that this caught up with them.

With all of the outsourcing to India, Jamaica and Mexico, the writing was on the wall.

I have always complained about their archaic system. I always said the Systems people should be fired, and start again from scratch with people who know what they are doing. And also, I'm guessing they don't pay those people well, so the really great techs and sys analysts go elsewhere anyway.

I KNEW they’d continue the lay offs next year!!!! No one is safe and ADS doesn’t care about their employees at all. We should look into organizing.

So sorry about this. My mom was laid off today too, after 11 years with the company.
Godspeed!
