What they are really looking for are the 7% of employees who are dissatisfied with the company as per the survey. Once you apply they can find a reason to disqualify you a get you out the door less the package. All managers will know who has applied.
Fyi SDOs and retail might be separated by EOY.

I'm chuckling. In all fairness, the severance package is nice. I'm making money hand over fist and had a gig 8 minutes after walking out the door. Just plan smart if you take an offer.
Yes. Levels 35-40 with at least 3 years service.
Staples only. No Retail associates. Only levels 35? - 40 I think. Feb 6 term date. Have to apply between Nov 8-22 then needs approval by various levels. Eligible for APA bonus if you’re there til Feb 6. Severance based on level only, not years of service.
This was the NAD all hands, so I'm thinking Staples Inc only.
