SAP’s blotches in large accounts such as Lidl, Revlon, Deutsche Post DHL, National Grid USA, Israel Chemicals, Hershey, Queensland Health give many reasons to pause.
Even the legal suits do not provide transparency to the situation.
Does it really make sense to upgrade? So much money and such a pain in exchange for what benefit? That will be something that each company take a pulse on.

If I see another empty news release of Jennifer and Christian, like in the fashion tabloids, I will really puke
I hope SAP leadership rolls out more vision and LEADERSHIP besides the beautiful PR photos of Jennifer and Christian. Photos cannot save the next quarter.
Morale in SAP is really low in many quarters. Don’t ask the managers, ask the staff and you will get the real picture.
I am surprised. We have so many experienced leaders who have more insight to SAP situation, but only lack the mandate and budget to make changes. Why are newbies with less experience promoted?
With Thomas Saueressig a third newbie without ANY executive level management experience has been elevated into SAP‘s board.

@11Fqc9cf-2qvh Yes, introducing a CEO who did not work anywhere but at SAP in his career brings the "not-invented-here" syndrome to the next level.
But this is characteristic for a company that is under influence of Hasso Plattner who considers SAP a self contained universe that should keep isolated from the outside. This isolation is Hasso Plattner's culture.
Is it true one is our co CEOs has only worked for SAP, one company only, in his entire career after graduation?
HANA is dead - Cloud databases are stealing all it's thunder at 1/10th the price.
I mean come on, terabytes of memory and hundreds of CPU cores for a single DB?
Oh God...the whole "HANA is dead" will be coming next...it's cyclical here...
I feel bad for companies like mine that bought into the nonsense and adopted S4 and have the business tied to Netweaver SAP. SAP is quite literally turning their back on these companies, their support is in the toilet, and the development contacts we have had in the past have dried up. There is such a bad taste in my companies mouth that they are looking at everything BUT SAP for SaaS and cloud solutions.
The new ‚CEO‘s are just band-aid to the gaping hole McDermott left when literally jumping ship. Their lack of senior management experience is frightening for any investor.
SAP is now run by Hasso (again) - which is awful.
