VP’s, Executive, Sr. Directors, Directors and IT in all subsidiaries that are under performing. Especially if they have been in that role or similar role over 10 years. If they and their area aren’t performing after 10 years they need to go. Centralize primary services like IT, HR, Accounting, etc.
