It's ridiculous what's been happening at Adient lately. Wrong people have been promoted to management positions based only on who they know or who they're related to, making them utterly unqualified for their jobs. I'm honestly not sure how we are even functioning with so many inept managers.
And even more worryingly, most of the best people have left or they're on their way out. Why stay here when no amount of hard work or expertise will guarantee any kind of career advancement? Merit means nothing here.
If things continue like this, I don't see a bright future for Adient. Or any future at all, when I think about it.
