The majority of management has been chosen, still some areas left to complete but mostly finished. What about those of you who didn't get one of these jobs? Ask to take a lesser role? Any thoughts on how this was done? What were you told? How about people who declined some of these "PRESTIGIOUS ROLES" then were given bonuses to stay 18 months to help the integration, Jeez!

I too have a position with Truist and like one of the recent post I am still looking outside the bank as Well. Just do not have a good feeling about what will come after the MOE.
I supposedly have a couple of orgs "fighting" over my services but nothing official yet and I'm hearing this next round won't be done until December! Really? December? Like others I am starting to look outside the bank to at least test the waters. Even staying with the new BAR adjustment for health costs and possibly other salary freezes is not making this an exciting place to want to work.
Everybody should feel like a sitting duck. The real ugly will not come until Truist is official and HR has significantly revised the severance packages. The future job cuts will be much less costly for New Bank on that you can be assured.
Although I have a job with Truist, I’m thinking about looking for a job outside the bank. I feel like a sitting duck. I know there will be layoffs once our department finally combines with SunTrust. I was contacted this week by a competitor and I’m going to see what they have to offer.
Still do not know my status. Been told we would know mid November.
