I believe the Aetna severance policy will be expiring soon. Assuming we will be merged into the CVS policy. What does CVS corporate offer for severance? Is there a salary continuation period followed by severance weeks? Outplacement services?

I was just informed today that my position with Aetna was eliminated thanks to CVS. I’m still trying to absorb the shock. I got my severance papers today. I got a continuation for my salary until March. Cvs is a shady company. I hope this merger blows up in their stupid faces and tanks the whole company.
One week’s pay for each year of service.
