Anybody know if the true up amount is being calculated into our retention bonus? They kept using the term “earned income” I’m wondering if the true up amount is considered earned income or a “gift”?

HR confirmed “true up” is considered eligible earning so yes it will be calculated into our retention bonus.
Your retention 40% is based only off your work earnings . It does not include PTO sick vacation bereavement and true up .
Yes, I climbed the ladder with local and regional HR reps and received this info.
My DSL told me that it is being included in our retention bonus. But who knows if that is accurate information or just him telling me that.
