People are talking about it in the replies like it's a done deal, but there was no official word on it from what I can tell. How do we know it's really happening? What am I missing?

Confirmed in VA. It’s not all stores where I am. Serious hour cuts with it.
The Store managers of the stores that are effected have been notified. If your a SM and your DL has not said anything to you. Your good. If you are a shift ask your SM. It is a done deal.
