If you think disliking the posts can change reality then I can do that everyday on lots of news. People write posts to help you to know reality and see how as a employee overcome from it. Intention is to help current working employees and new joiners, if you Don’t like the article you don’t have to express your opinion on the post just leave it. Do you think MetricStream doing good in business? Remember many employees working under selfish managers, it’s everyone’s responsibility to make every employee understand that. Note that team lead and below position employees are like tissues for managers/Directors/VPs, you are useless once their purpose is over. No director or VP is employee friendly here, please realize.
