From hero to zero! There is a place to leave a note at my campus thanking Kim for all she’s done. The basket remains empty.
Read his email again. The top will get heavier.
So, who is next?
UTI is very top heavy.
With a new man at the helm will there be some “rite sizing” at the top?

One can only help. There has to be 30+ VP’s there.
don't expect miracles with a regime change. the problems that plague UTI are far and above just bad management. UTI sells a myth and that myth has been exposed as the overpriced pipe dream that it was. tuition too high and wages too low. no one is buying. factor in community college and it's a no brainer. which incidentally perfectly describes UTI's executive wing for years now.
The Home Office culture has suffered for many years and has been tolerated or accepted by Kim. New leadership should go a long way in putting the company in a more favorable direction. Right now staff seem lost and are in many cases ineffective due to the lack of direction.
Hopefully good things are on the horizon

Its about time.
In the long run?
Yes, it will have a positive benefit on the company.
They will get strong leaders in the right positions.
I am sure some of the boot kickers they have will done be gone as well.
