ATOS failed to see through the window dressing done by syntel and put big money to buy a company that is doomed and carries a load of veterans who are most useless pool of staff in the entire india IT talent pool.
less than 1% staff in syntel are technical......All the consultant, senior consultant, principal consultants are just non technical project managers who have hurriedly redesignated as part of window dressing.
There is no strong advantage sytnel offers other than lowest billing rate and exploited/overworked staff who are not skilled enough. Real talent left a decade ago.
