Thread regarding ADP layoffs

Year End

I had 2 recruiters reach out to me today asking me to contact them back for a great opportunity to implement for ADP during Year End. When I got laid off last year my coworkers and I were thrilled to never have to do another Year End for ADP. Has ADP lost their mind? What makes you think laid off former employees would want to help out working insane hours, with no bonuses, and for c-ap pay? See ya s—ers and enjoy the bed that you have made with your new cheap super center workers who are inexperienced.

one would think those third-party recruiters are hitting brick wall after brick wall trying to recruit people to this crazy, coo coo company. And then realize "I've got to do something different because this is not working. I'm spinning my wheels." L O L

Yep, ADP is the Hindenburg and the genius management all have out their lighters! I don't think I have ever seen a more naive, id–tic, set of executives in all my life. What is amazing to me is that they haven't already been taken out. I guess Wall Street will demand that only once ADP goes up in flames.

Oh yes they say they do, they say all the politically correct things. The problem is they don’t mean a word of it.

Saving money, kissing the shareholders butts and raising the stock price are the ONLY things these worthless @@@@@@ (feel free to use the expletive of your choice) care about.

I experienced this first hand while I was at ADP. They continually wasted our time by dragging us into meetings to discuss “ how can we do better” And “improve our quality of work “etc. etc.

Every single suggestion we made was shut down or we never heard about it again. Why because implementing a positive change may cost money In the short term and they just could not bring themselves to do that.

It is interesting what message ADP is sending to the employment world. Cutting pensions and benefits. Getting rid of experienced, well paid employees and replacing them with inexperienced low paid personnel.

The message seems to be: We don't care about our employees. We just want them to work hard. They are low paid and replaceable. We say that we want the best employees but we don't want to expend the money or effort to get the best.

ADP management teams are the worry. ADP will be downing in 2020 after tax season . ADP is losing clients and employees . They sending the jobs over to India and they making about $4000.00 year. this is not a good company .

ADP top management is dumb, dumb, dumb for getting themselves into this situation. All for saving some money in labor costs. I guess they didn't know what they were doing. But top management is paid the big bucks to know their company inside and out so that they can navigate their company into successful endeavors and steer clear of potential dangers.

Well, I think they failed. And failed big. Let's see how they handle this year end. It probably won't be pretty.
