Market director layoffs would be a great start, but if we're going to fix all the ills, we certainly can't stop there. Regionals and VP's need to answer for the fubar this company's pharmacy division has become. They made all the decisions that brought us to where we are today. It's time they reap some of the rewards.

Our pharmacy never lacks for business here. Are they hurting overall or just certain markets?
So I hear that pharmacy and vision will now be separate divisions in H&W with separate market managers. First otc was taken away from pharmacy and given to Division 1 now vision is separate from pharmacy. Looks like Walmart might either dump there low performing pharmacies or sell it off like Target did to cvs!
