In their corner office, they don’t know what to do because they don’t know the business or the customers. Our customers are telling us what to do but the “VPs” will not fix it. It all starts at the top, Mr. Personality and his so said team could not find their way to a customers office and if they did they would not know what to say or do. It’s a big joke, wait till the earnings call it will come out for the public to see.
