Hearing that the Belfast and London offices got automated emails putting their status of leave before being told they were being made redundant, complete HR failure. They turned up closed the Belfast office, took everything away according to the Irish News, and let no support for staff. They clearly should a complete disregard for employee welfare and discarded them when no longer needed. Also, rumoured that they adjusted their redundancy payments in August, so staff get as little as possible in terms of financial support. The company have moved over 5000 roles to offshore locations with a cheaper workforce and clearly show their customers and partners they have a complete disregard for quality.
