Sears website shows stores still open why??????
How many Sears stores are open now and how many expected to close in october.

Sears has somewhere around 175. I think that’s only FLS. Not sure about any weird specialty stores still around.
There is no way there is 197 seats left
Total store count for sears and Kmart is around 270
Someone replied on this board 100 to 110. The website still shows closed stores and the only reliable information for years has been here. If you know of more or less please post. Speculation yes but none at corporate can give us a number so i went with 110. Thanks

Wait, where are you finding that 110 #? On Kmart's website the count is much higher, because they never removed some long-since closed stores that haven't been open since Last Year.
