Consol has always treated there employees as the enemy instead of there assets thats the hourly workers that is and the salary people that built the company in the last 50 yrs they step and crushed them by takeing all that was promised to them all for the all mighty doller while those at corporate end makes millions consol is known as the cut throat company to there employees
