Just because you sign an agreement doesn’t make it legal. I don’t know what the aribtation deals with butbit would not surprise me for one second if it had something to deal with age discrimintation, shame on Williams and they keep posting about the United way how hypocritical

They might have been trying to
Scare people to sign up for the VSP.
Would not put anything past this company, greedy.
They make you sign a release stating that you won't sue before you receive a severance package.
Considering the abritration agreement that was sent out today I'm going to go out on a limb and say layoffs wont actually occur until after first of the year.
It might be a fakeout.
