The field technicians received all the access to the information STAC had two or three years ago . They have the camera app. If technicians are still calling STAC at a high rate , they are not technicians , they are screw driver operators !

You have 30 year old screw up techs getting baby set by stac all they long. They have all the benefits 5-6 weeks of vacation yet they are the biggest money drainers of the company, wasting hours and hours over the phone! stac walking them through every call! All stac does reads manuals to illiterate Techs who have the same info available so it makes sense to get rid of them! I used to work there when they had evil manager J.R. I found job 100 better than stac! Too bad for so many good stac techs just know management doesn't care about stac at all!0%
