Except if you got a warn, it would have to be disclosed to the state of WA. The state has a website that lists the number of WARNs given out to any company on any given day. Last warns were in 2017.
Now, before you give me c-ap. Federal requirements for notification are 500 people within a year or 10% of the total work force. Liberal states like WA require ALL layoffs to notify the state, even if it's 2 people.
Even if neither of those requirements existed, there would be something on the union website, and there is not.
