Micromanagement at Acost

Here at Acosta, I am micromanaged by everyone with a superior title...

Cannot avoid it - they promise a lot though.

Mgmt: Big bonuses are coming... Me (and everyone else): Yeah, right...

Business managers are disrespectful and supervisors are miserable. The upper management tolerates only "Yes" men.

Oh, well.

Micromanagers are from " beneath the bottom of the barrel," as you put it, dude. What a creepy thing to say about others and abhorrent outlook on life. They shouldn't be managers at all

Micromanagement and demeaning your employees is what lousy, disgusting managers and supervisors do no matter where PEOPLE work. Those lousy, disgusting managers and supervisors are who are from the bottom of the barrel.

The hateful people here are the ones who believe they are superior to lower level workers. These haters must get alot of nosebleeds.

There sure are a lot of hateful people on here. Building themselves up, trying to make others seem small. Good try.

Managers are not managers. They are like 15 year year olds pretending they know things. They are clueless. One person was passed up for Manager had 12 years experience for some sales rep with no manager experience and they became a regional manager. What a waste.

Micromanagement is a must, because:
The wages they pay only allow them to hire from beneath the bottom of the barrel. None of these people know what a work ethic is. Most would never work indoors around human beings were it mot for companies like Acosta, Walmart etc.
