Z) earn money
@115ywhGo-3bsr is right, Broadcom is so much better
Wait til FY20. The cost cutting screws will be torqued down hard as the real impact of the acquisition starts to take hold...and not just on the ES side....chinks in armor are starting to surface all over the former CA....
Broadcom Is a living hell that will hopefully go the wall because of acquiring software companies that they have no idea how to run.
The culture is shut up and do your work, maybe sometimes you'll get a beer and a reach around to try and convince you that they give a sh–, but really, you're a pawn to be bled until you're taken off the board, or finally manage to remove yourself.
The OP is a joke.
I'm not sure if that first reply is a joke, but the answer is a definitive "NO". Broadcom cares about one thing, and one thing only. Making money. There are no feel good initiatives or employee slush funds. They provide you with an office, coffee/tea, and a kick a– laptop, and a **** load of RSUs. But other than that, it is all on you. They will fund educational/skills training, but no pure social fluff or volunteer days like CA use to have. I do not miss any of it. I'm 100x happier with Broadcom.
Non-sequitor...
Yes, surprisingly they do. I’m always getting invites for something at the office. A lot more than CA did.
