Was just wondering if all depots have drivers who get off on starting problems with accounts to make sales people look bad. All they need to do is drop loads off and go but not our drivers. They get deliveries refused and get people in trouble. It's real simple just do your job and don't worry about other people. Good luck finding another job with your nasty attitude and poor people skills. Don't care what anyone says the drivers are one reason this is happening.

Spoken like a true salesman diva. Take it easy with painting the broad strokes about drivers. I and many of my Driver friends will go out of our way to help salespeople. Maybe ask yourself why your driver doesn’t respect you? Hard workers respect hard workers. You sound like a baby that’s pouts about everything.
Besides my driver selling product on the side he is actually a cool person. He can get 60 bucks for a case of digiorno pizza so he know how to sell I give him that. He does tend to instigate at times with stores and spread rumors about fellow employees. But I guess he does kiss the behind of the dsl and asl.
You should have given your driver a bonus every time you got paid. Your driver probably sold in more pallets then you know. As a driver you never want to bring anything back and roll them over for the next day and create more work. One weak PSR!!
Oh, you're one of those guys.
why would deliveries get refused if you had a solid rapport with your store/frozen manager? I’m in solid with my sales reps until the last day. This morning I pulled all my stops out because a sales rep want a particular stop delivered first- no problem.
These guys haven’t stabbed me in the back so I’m loyal til the end.
Yea I've had hardly any issues with the drivers at our depot. In fact, they are better dudes than most of our PSR's lol.
My driver is great, its about building rapport with your teammates, hear alot of griping on this site about guys coworkers, im sure the one doing the complaining is awesome in every way
