This had to.be written by a PR firm to change public perceptions of the CEO, the board of directors, and the company.

Juniper talking about culture is a Big Joke, particularly RR talking about just for the sake of talking.
When I worked in Juniper, even changing the team is very difficult than finding a job outside. Everybody build their own kingdom and not letting people come from out side. And they lost their own people and mediocre management is living silos now.
If they get laid off, they won't get job anywhere else, :)
