Fry's of Fishers was a ghost town today and inventory was very thin. Normally there are merchandise displays in the center aisle and it was completely empty. Nobody to mark your receipt with the pink marker at the door and very little staff. They're selling mattresses of all things now which is what HH Gregg did before their demise. It's not looking good, I doubt they stay open past Christmas.

I was just in the San Marcos, CA store and was a bit surprised they have no inventory to sell Employees were just dusting off the empty shelves/ said they were told that new merchandise should be arriving since Samsung, LG and others had signed on to a new merchandising agreement
I remember when Fry's first started in an old 7 - 11 store in Sunnyvale there were very exciting times thru their history Sad the for a Tech store they never had displays on their registers so that you could see what you were being charged until recently Fry's Had a great opportunity to grow and adapt newer technology when they purchased Incredible Universe from Tandy Corp.. Unfortunately they chose to hand on to their abacus.
the rest is History
