Stay away from this company, absolutely abusive demanding attitude to employees, even the fault was managers blame subordinate and pointing fingers culture. No training and expect employee make NO mistakes. All good skillful developers leaving. Lay-off happening periodically, no warning

Totally agree.Horrible company culture with lack of empathy.Employees treated like trash and the managers think they are god sent to boss around .
No engagement with management with no transparency.If you are from a big company, do not join here and screw up your career.
It seems there is a new RIF at Green Dot commencing 5/4/2020. At least a few dozen...maybe more.
I agree with the comment above and would add it's a revolving door for Sr Management (SVP and above). Not a stable environment at all.
