Thinking back....remember when Michael's handpicked product chief boasted that we were going to "delight the student"? That MindTap was going to offer so much value that students would be throwing money at us because they couldn't do without it. There were many fevered nights at the Kiawah cult island retreats repeating this mantra and scheming up nonsense products that never came about. So how did that vision work out? The students were so delighted they stopped buying our textbooks altogether....they figured out how to get by without them. This is Michael's failure of the day brought to you by the koolaid committee.

Remember that weird notes thing app where we were supposed to push the note sharing bs and find a student in every class and designate them to be-the-guy-everyone-cheats-off-and-then-he-gets-paid app? Yes delightful...
At least he's gone now.
He was a childish bully who would scream at low level employees in front of customers at trade shows.
